*Serve as a trusted advisor to the company’s Senior Executive team and members of the Board on all legal, regulatory and compliance matters. *Oversee, manage and guide the day-to-day activity of the Legal, Compliance and Fraud Departments. Potentially, in time, take on additional risk-oriented departments within the Company. *Oversee the company’s second-line compliance function and lead a team which provides guidance on all matters of regulatory compliance, monitoring, testing and remediation.
